   Use Automated Tools: Use bots, scrapers, or other automated methods to access our Platform without our explicit consent

Donations and Payments

1. Donation Processing

Intellectual Property

By submitting content to our Platform—such as comments, stories, photographs, or testimonials—you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for our mission-related purposes. You represent that you own or have permission to share the content you submit and that it does not infringe on others' rights. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Platform. This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms of Use or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have donated to us in the preceding 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater .
